David’s experience in learning and development goes all the way back to late 1999 and spent 15 years designing, developing and delivering training courses, covering both hard and soft skills. This also including recruitment and selection.

In 2015, he moved into web-design and established Brand9, a local web-design company that undertakes design, SEO and hosting services.

Having helped numerous charities and CICs with their online presence, it led to the creation of Digital Charities.

Walleed Nasr is a Digital Innovation, Transformation and Community Development Leader with over 20 years’ experience delivering organisational change across local government, education, charities and the voluntary sector.

Combining extensive experience in digital transformation with expertise in behavioural change, coaching and organisational development, Walleed works collaboratively with charities, Community Interest Companies (CICs) and community organisations to strengthen digital capability, improve engagement and support the adoption of innovative technologies.

His work focuses on helping organisations embrace digital approaches that improve accessibility, strengthen collaboration and increase social impact. This includes supporting digital inclusion, developing practical digital skills, exploring emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, and enabling organisations to build confidence in the safe, ethical and effective use of digital tools.

Alongside his work in digital innovation, Walleed has extensive experience in leadership development, behavioural change, mental wellbeing and community engagement. His unique combination of technical leadership, coaching and organisational development enables him to bridge the gap between technology and people, ensuring innovation delivers meaningful and lasting outcomes.
